Privacy and Cookie Statement Pump Track Foundation

Your privacy is of great importance for the Pump Track Foundation. We therefore adhere to the relevant privacy laws and regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (further: GDPR). This means that we:

  • Clearly record our purposes before we process your personal data, through this privacy statement;
  • Store as few personal data as possible and only the data necessary for our purposes;
  • Explicitly request permission for the processing of your personal data, should permission be required;
  • Take necessary security measures to protect your personal information. We also impose these obligations on Parties that process personal data for us;
  • Respect your rights, such as the right to inspect, correct or delete your personal data processed by us.

Your data is safe with us and we will always use this information neatly. In this privacy statement we explain what we at the Pump Track Foundation do with information provided by you.

Your account
In certain parts of our foundation you have to register first. You must enter information about yourself and choose a user name. With this we create an account, on which you can log in with that username and a password.

For this purpose we use your nickname, telephone number, IP address, NAW data, payment details, gender, email address, profile picture, billing address and date of birth. We do this on the basis of your consent. We keep this information until you cancel the account.

We keep this information so you don’t need to fill it out again and again so that we can approach you more easily when you need it. You can customize information from your account whenever you want.

Providing to third parties
We cooperate with certain companies, who can receive your personal data mentioned above from us.

Contact
With the contact form you can ask us questions or make requests.

For this purpose we use your NAW-data, telephone number, IP-address, payment details, date of birth, profile picture, e-mail address, nickname, billing address and gender. We do this on the basis of your consent. We will keep this information until we are sure that you are satisfied with our response.

Order fulfillment
When you place an order with us, we use your personal data to be able to process your order correctly. We may then provide your personal data to our delivery service to have the order delivered to you. We also receive information about your payment from your bank or credit card company.

For this purpose we use your profile photo, NAW data, telephone number, IP address, gender, billing address, date of birth, email address, payment details and nickname. We do this on the basis of your consent. We keep this information until your order is completed. We retain certain customer data for longer in connection with the statutory tax retention obligation.

Sending newsletters
We have a newsletter and you will only be added to the list of subscribers with your consent. In the newsletter you can read news, tips and information about our products and services.

For this we use your e-mail address. We do this on the basis of your consent. We will keep this information until you cancel the subscription.

You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe button in the newsletter. Every newsletter contains an unsubscribe link.

We cooperate with certain companies, who can receive your personal data mentioned above from us.

Location data
Sometimes it is necessary for the Pump Track Foundation to find out where you are. We then ask separately if we can know this and only if you give permission, we will get this information.

For this service we use the navigation and location software on your phone, tablet or computer. We have no control over what the creators of this software (such as Google or Apple) do with it. So always read their privacy statements.

Provision to other companies or institutions
With the exception of the parties required to provide the services mentioned above, we do not provide your personal data to other companies or institutions, unless we are legally obliged to do so (for example, if the police suspects a crime).

Statistics
We keep track of statistics about the use of our foundation.

Social media buttons are included in our foundation. This allows the administrators of these services to collect your personal data.

Cookies
Our foundation uses cookies. Cookies are small files where we can store information so that you do not have to provide this information over and over again. But we can also see that you are visiting us again.

You can disable the placement of cookies via your browser, but this may impair the functionality and things might not work well anymore.

We have made agreements with other companies that place cookies on the use of cookies. However, we do not have full control over what they do with the cookies. So also read their privacy statements.

Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to track how visitors use our foundation. We have allowed Google to use the obtained Analytics information for other Google services. We don’t let Google anonymize the IP addresses.

Security
Security of personal data is of great importance to us. We make sure that your data is well secured with us. We always adjust the security and look carefully at what can go wrong.

Changes to this privacy statement
When our foundation changes, we must of course also amend the privacy statement. Always note the date above and check regularly for new versions. We will do our best to make you aware of any changes.

You have the following rights:

  • Get an explanation of what personal data we have and what we do with it
  • Access to the exact personal data we have
  • Correcting errors
  • The deletion of obsolete personal data
  • Revocation of consent
  • Restrict specific data processing
  • object to a particular use

Please note that you are always clearly indicating who you are, so we know for sure that we do not modify or delete data from the wrong person.

We will in principle comply with your request within 30 days. However, this period may be extended for reasons relating to the specific rights of data subjects or the complexity of the request. If we renew this deadline, we will notify you well before the original deadline.

Complaint
If you would like to complain about the use of your personal data, please send an e-mail to fun@pumptracks.org. We address each complaint internally and communicate it to you.

If you find that we do not help you in the right way, you have the right to complain to the supervisor. This is called the Dutch Data protection authority.
